opposite day.

Another full day of court. It's too bad the judge can't do this for every court day. The sexpert is still on the stand and Juan spent most of the day hammering her. Nurmi got a small chance at the end of the day to try and rehab her character to the jury and debase Travis'.

This trial (and I even hate to use that word) has become a complete mockery of the justice system. I would like to know where the defense team picks their witnesses from- the back of the national enquirer (right beside Cleo, the fortune teller ads?)
How can anybody take any "expert" serious that uses the word "jizzle?"

Jodi is in court wearing her stripes and her ugly f'ing hair.
This is just a court session over Travis' computer and the evidence that was obtained. There is not a jury present.

A lot of graphic things happened in court today. Some text and emails were read. Juan finally gets to cross and things sure got hot.

In the far off land of oz...or better yet, the Jodi trial, email whisperers do exist. They are little old ladies that can read your text messages, diary entries (from a known liar) and your emails and they know EXACTLY what you meant to say. They know how you feel, what you were thinking, and what your future self would do. Amazing!

One juror is removed today, graphic photos are shown, Jodi's brother likes to stare at dead people, Juan likes to act and Dr. Horn admits he has never stabbed anybody.
