Afternoon session (the morning was a closed hearing)
Jodi is wearing that weird black shirt with the strange stripes on it. Jodi seems pretty happy today.

I should be able to have a phone! It's
not fair how they are treating me.

They go into an approach. The judge tells the court the schedule. Trial on 4/25/13 for a short time, then no trial until May 1. May 1 they will start at 9 am and stay until it's finished. Closing should be Thursday and Friday.

During this whole trial, Travis has taken a backseat to all the courtroom craziness, it seems. It's easy to be blinded by the drama. I thought it would be nice to hear from the actually ladies that LOVED and CARED for Travis in their own words. One thing that is easy for me to understand, everybody that knew Travis, loved Travis.

Attorneys are now in the judge's chambers.
Jodi has a white top on and tan pants. Twitter users say it matches with her attorneys.

Alyce is still up on the stand. JM is still up for the state.

Jodi's mom said Jodi was mental!

On July 15, 2008, Jodi's parents were interviewed by the police.

The videos make it very clear that these parents knew Jodi had issues. I'm not sure any parent ever expects their troubled child to be a murderer, but it really sounds like these parents did not doubt that their daughter killed Travis.

Nurmi wants the jury sequestered. He has a problem with all the information released.
JM says he doesn't watch tv as much as Nurmi does.
Nurmi thinks the jury is seeing the media. JM isn't sure where Nurmi gets the legal authority without backing it up.

Twitter is saying that the judge and attorneys are in her chambers. Twitter said Travis' family got called back into chambers.

It is now 10:15 in AZ, and still no court. They came back at 11:19am
Jodi has a very snarky look on her face today. An ugly goldish sweater on. I think she trimmed her bangs over the weekend.

3/31/13- I did a timeline already with pictures and proof. Link to the Proof Timeline, This timeline is the exact same as the other one, except it has no pictures and just a small summary of the text and diary entries. In my opinion, it is so easy to see how everything unfolded after you see the craziness laid out in order. If you see anything I may be missing, please leave me a comment, and I will be glad to add it when I get a chance. Anyone is welcome to use the timeline if they want. This is an official document made on July 7, 2011. Jodi wanted a deal of 2nd degree murder. It is said in this court document that if Jodi didn't receive the deal, she planned on smearing Travis' name. As we all know now, the state basically told her to pound sand.
