Morning Session

Jodi still on the stand (Day 3). Def. is still up. ( A huge delay between Insession and the live feed. At least 7 seconds) Nurmi wants to admit 428. Allowed.

Travis came with Jodi when she went home. They hugged. Word was exchanged. They kissed. They got intimate. The sheriff wants Jodi secured. They want Jodi taken to a secured room when the judge is in conference with the attorneys. Security issues.

I think the attorneys went into the judge's chambers. Long delay.
Jodi is back on the stand. Def. is still doing the questioning.
Nurmi is up- The weekend at Travis' house AGAIN. Deanne Reed was Travis' ex. He was serious with Deanne, and Travis were in love. They separated. Jodi was instructed to act a certain way b/c she was emotionally unstable and would freak out if he would date somebody else. Jodi was told to steer clear of her, so she did. Jodi went out on another date with another guy during all this. No sex that weekend.

No sex that weekend. Travis was paranoid about being caught that weekend with everybody around. Travis and Jodi both slept on brown leather couches. Travis was worried about somebody seeing them. Travis learned about those dates. Jodi went on dates with 2 guys. She had a doctor's appt in Pasadena and Jodi met a guy there at Super Saturday. Nov 2006. Abe Adohoud- 1 date.

How did he know? She didn't answer her phone that night. She went out with John Dickson and they just hugged and watched movies. Travis was not angry that she went out on dates. He was just nosey. When she told him about Dickson-Travis didn't care for Dickson.
Date with Abe- She went out with Abe and John on the same day. (She gets around) Travis appeared angry about the date with Abe. I guess Travis wanted her to date church members.

They became a couple in Feb 2007- how did that change from dating other people to boyfriend and girlfriend? A lot of things happened in the 3 week period.
First thing, Travis hung up on her. Then she wrote him an email. Then Travis sent her a text. (IDK, this is stupid)
The day they became a couple-we hung out. We watched tv/net/books. Hanging out.
Why were you there? Travis showed up at Jodi's 1:40am in the morning. Then Jodi decided to just show up at his house.
What happened when Daniel was outside the door? We just made out. A few weeks later, Jodi surprised Travis and just showed up at 3am. She felt stupid. (Long) She rang the doorbell. Travis answered the door. Travis was happy and surprised with a big grin on his face. Thomas comes down the stairs. Travis introduces them. They all go watch tv.

Jodi clicked the back button when he was cleaning his room. She got on his myspace. She clicked his Inbox email. (she was stalking his shit) 2 women were flirting on myspace. (she's going into another long story) (I'm confused) The email was sexual in nature. Flirty. They talked about meeting on the new year. Jodi was not pleased but she said it didn't bother her.

One more thing that bothered her that day-the other email-it was a sexual email and she was a married LDS woman. Jodi talked to Sky first about the issue.

Why not just break up with him? (a long story) but basically she liked him. I "might" have been in love with him.
They are back to the phone calls. Travis was better in the way he treated her. They started talking about marriage.

DUMB) After PPL convention-flew back together. When they get back- They went to a friend's house. New friends. Travis introduced Jodi as his friend. They go back to Travis' house, and she can't recall about the sex that night.

Jodi on the stand still. Def. is still up. Bald dude (Nurmi) is bringing up the convention, and how Travis' hurt her feelings.
After the banquet, change clothes, one woman was very drunk. She was hanging on men. Slurring. Everybody was laughing at her. They thought it was funny. Jodi was recording her with her phone. (bitch) She was hanging all over Travis. Fell on him. Sexy black gown. Big Boobs.

She talked to Travis about her feeling that night.
Are you yelling or crying with him? I had calmed down. She did start crying again. I guess they worked it out.
Jodi went back to Palm desert. Next time she seen Travis was the following week. A recap convention. They didn't share a motel. They stayed at a friend's house.
Any sex? I think. I don't recall. Hughes parents home. At the convention he still treated her as a friend. She doesn't recall if he flirted with other women at the convention. They had a party that night at the Hughes' house. They slept in the same bedroom at the ranch.
