10/30/14 (Retrial) Day 6- to hell with the First Amendment.

10/30/14

Be fearful Jodi. That clock is slowly ticking down on your sideshow.
Somebody needs to put this case into warp speed. Today we get some victim impact statements and the courts try to pull some funky shit.

First up today will be victim impact statements. Tanisha (Travis' sister) is up first. It's very emotional." I've lost myself in this. I've experienced so much depression that I've almost lost my husband" Tanisha is crying and kinda shouting..."I have to relive this OVER and OVER again"
They should just stick Tanisha and Steven in a room with Jodi and let them
give her some justice.

Jodi is crying. (I doubt that.)
This is actually what Jodi was doing when the family was speaking.

Some on the jury are crying.
"Our minds are ruined with seeing Travis's body slumped over in the shower and his throat slit ear to ear"
(This all not all she says, but I am just summing some of it up)

Steven (Travis' brother is up next) He reads the same exact statement he made in the first trial.
Steven dreams of being stabbed and his throat slit. His wife has to wake him up from his dream as he screams.
I think Steven could end this case very quick if the court would
just let him handle Jodi.

Steven has to lock the door when he showers. He's been admitted to hospital many times for ulcers. He is in a living hell. Alexander family is breaking down as Steven reads Travis's words..."This year, 2008 will be the best year of my life!"

Recess
The two twits

They come back, then it goes right into the sidebar. Then all the players had to go into the judge's chambers. The media are asked to go to the overflow room. (Basically, they are clearing the courtroom) The media lawyers now go to the judge's chambers.
Next witness won't testify unless courtroom is cleared. Judge will allow this

From twitter: We think the witness is a guy so who knows but they are fearful of their life and won't testify if we r there

The courtroom will remain locked for the rest of the day per administration

From the AZ constitution “Justice in all cases shall be administered openly and without delay."

We will take legal action to open this court & keep all courts open to public & media - decision today in is dangerous

    1. They now say it's actually Jodi herself that's taking the stand.

    2. She's afraid of the public? She sure knows how to play the system.

    3. She's had 6 years to learn the legal system. She had unlimited access to all the law books. If you think about it- it takes most lawyers 4 or 5 years in law school. She's had the same amount of time to also learn all the legal stuff.

  2. Did you see the Video of her parents begging for donations for her appeal defense fund? Disgusting!
