Jodi was not on the stand until after lunch. They had court business to do that morning.

The judge is warning the gallery. They are playing the sex tape. The family of Travis has heard the tape and they have agreed for it to be aired in open court.
Jodi is on the stand-Defense is up- Nurmi wants to publish 428. It was allowed. Sex Tape.
