Jodi is wearing black. She looks blah again. She's asking the judge for some water. Hell is biting on her heels.

Dave Hall is in the court. Nurmi wants Dave to provide copies of Travis with the range video of Travis shooting the gun. State wants to call him as a witness. Both sides want him to leave the room.

JM asks Jodi if she has a problem with the truth? Not typical
Interview with Flores- EX 378- (I guess JM put in the wrong police interview)

EX 348- Police interview- Jodi's is wearing street clothes (think her yoga pose)
Didn't you hear yourself telling the cop that you would help any way you could? Yes.
Were you telling the truth? NO.

JM is bringing up how Jodi is a big fat liar. How she was trying to mislead the police.
She was ashamed of more things worse than killing Travis (WTF) Jodi lied. She admits it was no excuse. JM keeps asking if she's having memory issues? Jodi keeps saying no. Jodi admits that Flores did not do anything wrong. Flores gave her the Miranda warnings.
Jodi was more worried about her family, reputation, and herself-than Travis' death. Jodi says God knows her heart and JM says "God's not here. We can't subpoena him"
It was hurting Jodi to lie, but Jodi was still hoping Flores would believe her. Jodi is admitting it now.
What has changed? Time
Jodi had a problem then. Jodi doesn't know how to answer JM's questions. Jodi kept lying.
Jodi lied about being in AZ. She knew she killed Travis. The whole interview was a lie. In the moment, how could it have hurt you if nothing had changed-you were still charge? No What did it change? Changed my whole future.
The next interview- Flores started to give Jodi more information in this interview. Jodi lied again.
She was not smart with the ways of the police. What difference does that make-you still lied. YES.
Flores was speaking English, so did you understand Flores? I don't understand your question. (Jodi is playing with words again)
Do you have problems with your memory? Sometimes.
You didn't have during your sex talk-you talked about it for days on end? I tried to do my best.
JM is calling her out on her details, and how they are so detailed......and now she can't remember anything. He just proved Jodi has a good memory.
OHHHH Jodi said she reviewed the evidence and remembered them.
Jodi is now playing the stupid card. "I don't know what you mean" (HAHAHAHA)
She remember the first time she had oral sex with Travis. (Jodi is hanging herself)
JM just had to describe the definition to "independent" to Jodi.
She lied about the killing of Travis b/c she was there (during the interview)

Suicide- Now JM is calling her on it. Advil overdose and razor. Yes, Jodi remembers that. She remembers saying it stung and that's why she stopped.
Can you image how much it must have hurt Mr Alexander when you stuck that knife right in his heart? JM said.

Jodi was being a good samaritan by lying? Jodi also hid information. Jodi lied to everyone.
She lied to Ryan Burnes. She had an interest in him. (even though she said she went to see if they had a "spark" during her testimony)

Jodi did (or didn't ) get lost on the way to see Ryan. The first person she called when her phone got charged was Matt. Will Matt betray you or not? Hopefully not.

Jodi cleans up her car. Jodi knew what she done, but she doesn't remember thinking that. Jodi is saying she wasn't "there" in her mind. She was there enough to call Matt and Ryan. She also called Travis.

Jodi called Burns. She lied to him. She drove to see him and got there around 11 in the morning. (she's crazy-she doesn't know, but maybe knows if Travis is already dead)
Jodi acted the same as always after she killed Travis. Happy-go-lucky.
They kissed Burns and Jodi. (Jodi is talking herself right into the deep shit)
Why did you just leave him to die? I don't think I did that.

She continues kissing Ryan even though she knows Travis was dead.
Jodi followed Ryan to the meeting, and that's where she met up with Leslie Uty. They went to eat. Jodi and Leslie were talking in the car. Jodi did tell Leslie that stupid story about her kids and Travis kids playing together. (Jodi is a freaking IDIOT-bad mistake her taking the stand. Bad mistake) (STFU up Nurmi and quit objecting)

Jodi went back to Ryan's house. They go to sleep. Jodi never worked at Margarittaville. Jodi and Ryan watch a movie. They kissed.

June 10 Dan called Jodi. He told Jodi about Travis, and she lied to Dan. She guesses. She omitted to tell Dan she killed Travis. Jodi thought Dan liked her-and she even wrote that in her diary.

Jodi called the bishop to ask if Travis was dead (HOLY SHIT) There were many things Jodi didn't know about the death-and JM wants to know if Jodi is just wanting information? Jodi was covering up her crime. Jodi had a huge memory block. (now Jodi's getting bitchy with JM)
Jodi admits on the stand that she killed Travis. She knew she was there.
JM wants to know why Jodi is calling for information if she already knew Travis was there? JM then says "did you just want to rub it in"

Jodi went out of her way to contact Travis' family. Yes, I made contact
Mama-Travis's grandmother- that's who Jodi called. Jodi sent them Iris. 20 of them. She attached a note and said they are in her prayers. All for Jodi's benefit.

Jodi also sent a letter to Travis' family. Dated July 28, 2008. (Travis' birthday)
EX 470- The 48 interview where she talks to Travis' family...and baby names.
The letter she wrote was 18 Pgs long. She tells the family ninja's did it. Jodi lied to them.
Did his family deserve that lie? I'm not sure.

Somebody encouraged Jodi to write the letter-JM is saying so it was somebody else's fault? She said no.
Physical Violence- Aug 2007 and Jan 22, 2008. Aug 2007 she came over to his house uninvited (but Jodi disputes that she was uninvited) and peeped on Travis making out with some girl. Travis was courting Jodi-or so she says. Jodi confronts Travis. He chasing her down the hall and grabs her wrist. Jan 22- Travis kicked her in the finger and broke it. Mar 2008- when Jodi was moving. JM asks her if it's a lie? Jodi says NO
Jodi kept a diary for that day.

471 admitted-She mentioned about MiMi and Travis going rock climbing. She fell asleep over at Travis' house. She was cleaning his house earlier that day. Jodi admits to JM that they were not getting married (Jodi and Travis)
The next morning Travis picked her up to go to the tax seminar but they didn't go. Travis bought Jodi breakfast. She told Travis her plans to move back home. Jodi thought it would help them close the gap. It means closing the relationship. (boom...now JM is going off on her again about her lies) Basically on the same day Travis was suppose to backhand her-they were having nice talks. (Jodi is playing with words again)

Why did you want to borrow his BMW? To drive other people around. (uh huh)
Travis says-Of course.
Jodi says-thanks baby, you're the best.
Jodi keeps saying "The best at what" and her and JM are going back and forth on what the best means. Jodi keeps saying the "i'm sorry was part of the three tender kisses"

Jodi had a flashback on June 4th but maybe not the word flashback. Jodi says can you be more specific and JM says "NO, can you be more specific?" (LOL)

Jodi keeps talking about how she's scared. (JM is getting irritated. Don't blame him. I am too) Uh oh now Jodi is talking about Travis telling somebody. Jodi doesn't know who it is. Now Jodi mentions how Travis hit her car. Travis is hitting his head against the linen door closet.
JM says right down the hallway from the throat slashing.

The door was closed on the linen closet. He was banging his head. (Jodi is whispering) Travis went away from the fight. Jodi was the one that followed him.

The throat cutting-Is that the area where he cut you /hurt you on your finger? Yes. Jodi says she was not looking at him. The 2007 & murder day sound like the same exact events.

HOLY SHIT-Now Jodi said there was no telephone call about the bruises. I am so confused.I guess after she leaves Travis in the Uhaul, and she met up with Creepy Gus and she stays with him for an hour or so. Then she slept in the truck. Jodi can't remember shit at this point. Jodi spends the night in Hollister. She meets up with Matt in Pacific Grove or Sea Grove. Jodi went to matt's and OG's guys house both early that morning. (some morning)
She met Matt at his house. That's when he saw the bruises. OG didn't see them b/c Jodi put on makeup to hide them (HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHA)

EX 475-48 hours- Jodi saying she couldn't get a hold of Matt. She called Travis from the Hoover Dam.
JM wants to move something in-Nurmi just yelled out "Not now" and threw his pen down

EX 476- admitted- 48 hours-Jodi gets grossed out by the thought of kissing Matt. Her best friend.

The sex and murder are not Jodi's fault. Travis left Jodi no chance

The breakup with Travis- Jodi moved to Mesa. First Big Ser then Mesa. Travis was helping her with money when she moved. Jodi couldn't have moved without his money.
I think JM is fixing to prove it was all Jodi's idea to come to Mesa. Nurmi just asked for a moment to read
EX 478 admitted- 48 hours again- Jodi talking about moving to Mesa to be with Travis.
Jodi makes it seem like Travis' fault that she moved.
Was it Travis' fault? I wouldn't say it that way. Jodi is saying it was her decision to come to Mesa. Jodi moved to Mesa right before his birthday. Approx. 1 mth after they broke up (STALKER BITCH) She keeps moving to homes that are closer to him.

Jodi has the ability to make decisions for herself. They dated 5 months (the first time)
Sept23, 1997 Jodi was working at (Jodi can't remember even thought she said it before- Now JM is bringing up the man that use to come in with the bible.
If Bobby wasn't religious, why would you think he wouldn't care? My fear was that he wouldn't. I cared about his soul. (BULLSHIT) ( I think JM is trying to prove this is not the first time Jodi has had problems with other guys) ( I can tell right now that Bobby is going to be a rebuttal witness)
Jodi just said if somebody hangs up on her that doesn't mean they don't want to talk to her (LOLOLOLOLOL) Jodi thinks she was shy. (I'm also next in line to be the pope) Bobby hung up on Jodi for the 2nd time. Bobby calls her back a few days later.
They start bumping uglies and move into the hoarders house together. The father grounded her b/c she wasn't studying and it was all his fault. That's Jodi's last straw. She moved out b/c she was grounded. JM is saying Jodi never takes responsibility for anything.
