Jacob Medford is called to the stand. He works at PPL. (He kind of cute with a sexy voice.) Jacob was friends with Travis. Jacob points out Jodi in court. Jacob met Jodi at PPL. March 2007 in OK city. Jodi and Travis were affection with each other says Jacob. Jacob videotaped them together.

She's worked there for 5 Yrs. She is explaining about returns. EX 237- Walmart receipt. Amanda confirms that it is from her store b/c it has the store number on it. She explains how the cashier would circle the item being returned, and they would put their initials. Amanda says in her opinion, nothing was returned. Amanda says there is nothing in their records that say the gas can was returned. EX 634- all the transactions for June 3, 2008.

When somebody swipes their card, the transaction is in real time at the main office in TX. You can't swipe 3 times. You are forced to go in the store. It's a fraud prevention. EX 237- the gas receipts.
EX 635- The third transaction. 5 gallons at $19.65. Jodi used her credit card outside twice, then had to go in the third time b/c of the fraud prevention.

Deanne returns in Nov 2001. When Deanne returned from her mission, Travis and her started dating again in the beginning of 2002-2004. Travis never cussed or called her name during arguments. Travis never hit her. Travis moved to Mesa b/c Deanne was working in Phoneix, and Travis thought it would be good to buy a house in Az. April 2004. They broke up around the end of 2005. Deanne broke up with Travis b/c she wanted to get married, and he didn't want to. They were still friends after the breakup. Deanne moved back to Riverside CA in 2008. Deanne is a teacher and has a degree.

Travis liked to joke around with people-and people would joke around about Travis was a virgin. Deanne never seen any proof of PEDO with little boys or girls. Deanne was in his bedroom all the time and never seen anything. Deanne bought the computer for Travis as a Christmas gift. Travis had a dog named Napoleon and Deanne has the dog now. They were very close friends, and they trusted each other.

Deanne met Travis through friends. They were in the same ward together. Nurmi wants to get into deep details about the dating. Travis and Deanne did talk about the future before she left on her mission, but there was no set plan. Travis didn't propose to her before her mission. Travis did tell Deanne in a letter that they should see other people. (Nurmi is boring me to sleep) Linda- Travis was dating her. Deanne met her. 2002-2004 Deanne and Travis dated again.
