Jodi is wearing that weird black shirt with the strange stripes on it. Jodi seems pretty happy today.

not fair how they are treating me.

They go into an approach. The judge tells the court the schedule. Trial on 4/25/13 for a short time, then no trial until May 1. May 1 they will start at 9 am and stay until it's finished. Closing should be Thursday and Friday.

JM for the state replaces a DVD for the jury. It's the video of Travis and Jodi, with Jodi laying in Travis' lap. Jodi is trying to find some type of emotion.

State calls Robert Brown. He's a computer guy with Mesa police dept. Cell phones. Mr. Brown looked at the Helio phone. EX 636-638. Pictures of Jodi with dark brown hair. Taken on Tue June 3, 2008. (JM just proved Jodi had dark brown hair on June 3-the day before Travis was murdered)

Flores said he went to Travis' house on Mar 3, 2013 to take pictures and measure the shelves in Travis' closet.
Back in June 08, Flores said they never found a gun, gun cleaning kit, holster, or a gun case.

EX 639-644- Photos of the closet shelves. EX 69- closet. EX 70-the closet. Flores repositioned the shelves. They are free floating shelves on shelf pins. The shelves are very light material. Each shelf has 4 pins.

The youtube videos- Flores said the DJ in the video had a box on his head.
Flores says Jodi is 5'5 or 5'6. 7 feet to the top of the shelf, 8 feet to the ceiling. Nurmi is bringing up the fact that Flores had to move the shelves back to the positions and didn't measure the shelves when he did. Flores moved 3 shelves. Nurmi just says "I didn't ask you that, did I?"

Was there any record of a gun registration under Travis' name? No
Would there have been any significance to measure all of the shelves, since Jodi said she only used the bottom to get to the top shelf? No, that's why I just focused my measurements on that back row.
Were any of the shoes out of place when the cops arrived on the scene? Nothing appeared out of place
Did any of Travis' room mates at the time own a gun? No
What was the approximate measurement of the end shelf where Jodi said the gun was? The shelves are 36 inches, 16 inches in dept, and the shelf is about 3/4 inch thick.
Jodi said she helped Travis put things in the attic. Did you find anything? No
Is the floor of the attic capable of supporting boxes? There are beams in the attic, and you could put stuff on the beams, but the rest is drywall.
Could you tell if anything had ever been stored in the attic? No
Where's the opening to the attic located? Closet area
What's the weight, height, and shoe size of Jodi at the time of her booking? I can't recall. I don't know her shoe size. She was 5'5 or 5'6 and 115-120 pounds
