(The judge has to keep getting on to her- and Alyce and JM are getting very heated) Alyce doesn't have the word "stalking" in the chart she made. JM is making Alyce read her whole chart off. There is no word stalking in her chart. Stalking is only listed under terrorism.

Aug 26, 2007- diary entry-Jodi's heart is sick diary entry.

Her diary makes NO mention of Jodi peeking in the window.

That's when the abuse started, right? It was in October 2007. The first abuse time- Travis grabbed her by the shoulders and threw her down. Alyce doesn't know where they were.

You are biased in this case for Jodi? It makes sense b/c of battered women.

JM is saying that Alyce takes other stories to make a case for abuse in Jodi's story. Alyce is saying all the men in her group would think Travis was abusive. JM is saying "you don't know what the men in your group think" but Alyce is stubborn and stands by what she says about the men in her group.

Travis was not allowed to have any girlfriends.

Pedo- Alyce told JM that Travis was on the computer with the Pedo during one interview with JM. Alyce now says she misspoke. This was in Nov 2012. Alyce says that Jodi did NOT tell her that, it was a mistake. Alyce said it 3 times during that Nov interview with JM. JM is saying that Alyce changed her testimony or Alyce was sloppy with her paperwork. Alyce responds that she made a mistake.

June 4th 2008- Jodi told Alyce that Travis chased her. Jodi grabbed the gun and she didn't believe it was loaded. Jodi said she pulled the trigger, and she told Alyce that they were BOTH in the closet. (Alyce left her freaking cell phone on and it kept ringing) JM is playing the video. They are both in the closet when Jodi pulled the trigger.

The knife- was used to cut the rope. EX 617- Alyce's notes.  Jodi told Alyce the knife was used to cut the rope.  EX 618- Alyce's notes- The knife was left on the nightstand.

May 26, 2008- Conversations between Jodi and Travis. IM and Text messages-EX 450- The "you are a sociopath"  Alyce says he went over the top b/c he uses bad words. Alyce doesn't know why Travis was angry.

Patterns of jealously- everybody gets jealous. It's when you use the jealously to control somebody.

Alyce thinks Jodi was mature b/c she went and talked to Bianca. Alyce says Jodi cries when she gets upset. Jodi cried a lot. Alyce says that Jodi was not jealous. Alyce also says she wouldn't have took this case if it didn't have merit.

Stalking- (Now Alyce is explaining what stalking is) Alyce says when you are stalked, you go to the police (That's BS.) Regan text messages- Alyce said Travis was joking in that text. Alyce looked at other IM on that same date. Travis is also IM Jodi that day-May 19, 2008. Ex 619- IM between Jodi and Travis. Travis is also IM with Nicole.

Jan 1, 2008- Travis sends an I love you text to Jodi. Jodi responds back I love you too.

Sept 2007- the backpack trip. Oct 2007 they went to New Mexico. Alyce said you don't see somebody taking vacations with their stalker.

I guess Alyce has never heard the story of
Peggy Klinke. Ms. Klinke was murdered by her ex-boyfriend.
I'm sure before then, they took many vacations together.

Aug 2007- When Travis was with the other woman. "Unknown woman"
Did Jodi catch him cheating when they were dating? Yes

Now Alyce is talking about anger and people she works with. Anger becomes rage, and rage is scary.

EX 440- Text messages- Jan 4, 2008- Travis sent Jodi a text meant for somebody else. He refers to it as "I pulled a Jodi" and Jodi makes smiley faces.
Palin just said "why don't you have him come fuck you in the woods" and it made me laugh. She was referring to Travis text to Jodi. Jodi asks Travis for a Don't ask policy.

Self esteem and high IQ- Alyce says that doesn't mean somebody has good self esteem.

Aug 26, 2006 diary entry- half a page is torn out. Alyce seen other diary entries that were torn out. Travis told her to tear the pages out. Jodi never gives details of Travis abusing her.
Battered women don't want to remember the horrible things that abusers do to them.
Alyce said Jodi does say some negative things about Travis. (I don't know why the diary is important-It's a proven fact that Jodi lies to her own freaking diary)

Tuesday 12:50 am-ish June 10, 2008Dan Freeman just called me. I was excited to hear from him. I immediately began to say how I might be making a trip out there soon and he softly responded w/ yes, I think you're going to have to make a trip out here soon. Then he told me. It was about Travis. But he couldn't really tell me anything. He just said something was wrong. I don't know what's going on and I need some answers. I'm praying that there has been a mistake. I tried calling his phone. Nothing for the first time I've called, his voice mail box was full. For some reason Disneyland keeps flashing in my mind. At night. Maybe because that's the last time we were there. I called Brint Hiatt's number over & over. Nothing. I'm going crazy and I feel so helpless being all the way here in CA. 

Tuesday 3 am June 10, 2008This is horrendous. The most awful thing I've ever had to deal with. I am in total shock right now. It hasn't fully hit me. This can't really be real. This just can't be happening. I spoke w/ Bishop Layton. He confirmed that Travis is dead. What happened?!? Travis, what is this? 

Wednesday 6-11-08So I've been numb mostly. But last night was extremely hard. I broke down as I finally bought myself around to going to bed. It was 2:30 am. I wanted so badly to call Travis, but knowing he wouldn't answer was too much to bear. And knowing he wasn't calling me anytime soon was just killing me. I broke down as I climbed in bed, and cried and cried & cried until I fell asleep. 

Thurs 6-12-08It just feels like he hasn't called me in too long. I hear him singing, I hear him laugh.

Jodi's past-Alyce is talking about the childhood friend that said Jodi played the victim.
Purple Plum and men- These two events 20 Yrs apart make no pattern for Alyce regarding DV.

Dad- Alyce says Dad was abusive.
Nothing that JM said made Alyce change her opinion about Jodi.
