This is an official document made on July 7, 2011. Jodi wanted a deal of 2nd degree murder. It is said in this court document that if Jodi didn't receive the deal, she planned on smearing Travis' name. As we all know now, the state basically told her to pound sand.

No wonder Juan's so mad at Stabby! lol, she,s basically saying lessen the charges or I'll drag Travis' name through the mud. She is the lowest of the low. I don't even think they were having sex as much as Stabby claims to have had. I would though, love to hear from Wilnott after the trial and see just how difficult it was to represent her!! I wouldn't have the patience and may have smacked her across the face with a chair!!
