Jodi is on the stand. JM is still up for cross.

JM is bringing up her luggage and about packing it in the car on Jun 4. He's reading her a previous transcript of what she said in court. It would have been after 2 when she took her luggage down to the car.
Jodi is not sure about the time. Jodi is sure it was after sex. Jodi said she was dressed.
She doesn't know when she packed her luggage and put it in the car.
Jodi said she put her own luggage in the car.
Jodi says her car was in the driveway.
Jodi and Travis are looking at CD's. They do this event for a while. Jodi doesn't know the exact time. Then they had sex after the CD event.
Travis goes to take a shower.
Jodi went to the bathroom across the hallway. They went upstairs to take photos. Travis agreed to take photos.
JM is now bringing out another conversation she had with another cop about a different story.
EX 503-admitted- Jodi wearing the jail uniform. Jodi's talking about Travis was doing that day to another cop.
Jodi had to convince Travis to take the photos. BUT not on June 4 (Jodi says) (Here they go-words back and forth again)
JM is replaying the video #503. (He just caught Jodi in another lie-Jodi says this day is another day besides June 4)
Was Travis shaving? Months prior. (Jodi is word playing again)
Jodi said before that Travis had not shaved- But she was just caught in another lie.

EX 159- Jodi now says it appears he was shaved. Now Jodi is saying she didn't see him shave that day. Jodi just said JM has a run-on sentence.

Jodi doesn't know how long she was standing there taking pictures.
Travis bought the camera after Jodi left in April-June.
June 4th was the first time she touched the camera. (Jesus, she can't just answer a question)
Jodi doesn't remember the time she started to take photos. (Now she's doing dumb) Jodi doesn't remember who deleted the porn pictures. Jodi *may* have deleted them, but she can't be sure. Jodi is saying her word is the "truth" (HAHA)
Jodi believes Travis deleted the photos-maybe, probably, but maybe not. (IDK)
Jodi tells JM he is all over the place.

Jodi begins to snap photo's for the Calvin Klein look in the shower. (I'm sure the Jodi is the reason the Pope quit)
Jodi will not give a straight answer on who deleted pictures in the camera.
All the shower pictures are posted above in the correct order.
EX 160 The door was opened and Travis was seated there. She forgot about the fumble of the photos. Jodi said this picture was an accident picture.
EX 161- the ceiling.
She is saying she may have hit the shutter button by accident.
Did he get mad when you took a picture of his butt? No, we just deleted it. He was not angry.
Were you talking to each other when these were taken? YES.
These pictures were for Travis, not Jodi.
EX 159-Travis sitting down-Jodi directed him in this photo. He's standing in the beginning photos-then Jodi directs him to sit down before he was attacked.

JM tells her to pick one-were the photos for Cancun or did you have to convince him? Jodi is saying Travis wanted the pictures taken on June 4. Jodi forgot to tell the cop.

EX 160- Jodi was kneeling. She is saying she was in the same spot between 249 & 161. Now she is pointing at the spot where the camera fell. Right by the bathtub. She doesn't recall a bathmat but there was a shower mat.
Travis snapped. He stood up and said "Fucking idiot" (what happened to Fucking kill you?)
He body slammed Jodi. Her head is facing South (she remembers that)
She doesn't remember the camera anymore at this point. Jodi rolled to her left. Travis is out of the shower. HAHA-now she's saying he was in the shower when he body slammed her-maybe.
Was he out of the shower when he body slammed you? Well, Yeah.
JM just says that Jodi remembers very well. He was standing by her knees.
What happens next? She hit her head and got the wind knocked out of her. Now JM is hitting her hard on the wind being knocked out of her. Jodi wasn't having problems breathing. Now Jodi doesn't remember if she had the wind knocked out of her.
Jodi rolled and ran down the hallway. She rolled to the left. She has clothes on. Travis is naked. Jodi doesn't know how she was able to roll and run.
Did he stoop over to get you? I wasn't looking.
Could he have been trying to help you? Jodi doesn't know how to answer it (BOOM- I thought she felt she was in danger)
She wanted to run away from him. She doesn't know where she was running or where she was at. She runs down the hallway in the closet.
Travis was in good shape, but Jodi assumed he was chasing her. She didn't even look behind her.

Jodi admits that she did it. She admits she lied.
JM tells her to look at the picture and put her mark. (She doesn't because she is *crying* so judge dismissed for lunch early)

Jodi rolled from Travis. Jodi got up. Then she ran and she heard his footsteps, but she didn't know. She "thinks"
Jodi slammed the door. She couldn't see Travis. She couldn't see his eyes.
Even though you didn't know what he was doing on the other side of the door, you went for a weapon? Jodi said she wanted to run, then in a split second remembered the gun and grabbed it. Jodi didn't know where Travis was. Travis was NOT in the closet with her.
You had time to "think" at this moment? I may have had time, but....I thought of getting away.
(Jodi's getting snarky again and they are playing the word game with each other)
You could have ran out the other door, right? That's possible.
Jodi said she would have been dead running out the other door. She said that would have been suicidal. (LOL) He's in the closet right as Jodi's jumping up on the shelf.
Ohhhh. Jodi just said Travis' closet was bigger than her jail cell. JM just gets on to her. He wants to know if she has an attitude problem.
It's a small closet? No, not in my opinion. 11 1/2 feet from door to door.

Dan Freeman- The fight over the bookbag. Dan didn't get mad at Jodi. It sparked a fight between Travis and Jodi. Travis started the fight. (I'm not sure why this is important-other than JM might be trying to prove Jodi is crazy)
Jodi threatened physical harm to Travis in text messages.
EX 443- Fighting text messages. Jodi hangs up on Travis. Jodi is being bitchy in the text.

The bathroom floor is wet. Travis is wet. Jodi is wearing black socks and she's dry (that makes sense because she was just slammed on a wet tile floor by a wet, naked man. Right?). The socks give her better traction. She's in the center of the bathroom. The gun is in both hands. He's at the door of the closet. He got close and she shot him.

Travis is moving fast naked. Travis is on her-not quite on her yet- and she shoots him. He falls on her. The gun went off prior to him falling on her.
How does a linebacker grouch? Wait, it's almost like Travis dived for her. She thinks that's when the gun went off.
What happened to the gun? Got knocked out of my hand when Travis hit me. Fell toward the trash can. Jodi doesn't know if she saw his face before impact. JM says Travis was more like a bull. (Oh Jodi.) Travis was a ball of fury coming after her, says Jodi.

Jodi says she is not looking at Travis She didn't need to look at him b/c she already knew what he was doing. He was cussing and screaming at her. Jodi doesn't see the blood and Travis is very angry. He's still grabbing at Jodi (maybe he was begging for help).

Jodi killed Travis. Jodi did say on the stand not even 5 minutes ago.... the only visable injuries she received on June 4 was her finger. (LOL)
Travis is down, what happens then? He yells "fucking kill you bitch" but Jodi is able to get away.

As she drove out of AZ, she used the 2 cans to fill up her car. JM is saying 3 gas cans, but she will only admit to 2....and that was only after Nurmi yelled an objection out about 3 gas cans.
She said she didn't use the gas cans to fill her car up.
She went into a fog, but she got rid of the gun. She removed it from the house.
Jodi admits she removed the gun from the crime scene. (Uh oh Jodi)
Why did you take the gun? I don't remember taking the gun. Only throwing the gun. It was a Travis' gun.
JM is bringing up grandpa's gun.
Why get rid of the gun? I never said I didn't do anything wrong. I believed something very bad had happened. Jodi got rid of the gun.
At the crime scene, you knew you did something wrong? I don't remember, but it appears that way.

EX 193 Stab pictures of Travis. Jodi admits yes it was with a knife. Jodi is now crying and says she doesn't remember. Jodi admits she did it. (She's a terrible liar)

Jodi changed clothes. She found blood on her. There was a security checkpoint at Hoover Dam. She got water from the trunk and cleaned her hands. Put socks and shoes on. She's making calls. She was looking through her car. She called Ryan in her fog.

Jodi admits she tried to redirect police to look elsewhere to protect herself. That's why she left Travis the voicemail. She didn't want people to suspect her.
