Interviews- Do you talk to Jodi during the interviews? Yes
Dr. asked Jodi if she had anal sex with Travis, and that was the only one? Yes, at the beginning.
Dr. talked with Jodi about the oral sex and Jodi told the Dr. that she was uncomfortable with that subject. She told the Dr. oral sex started when she was 15. Clinton was the boy.
Computer- Jodi told Dr.- Travis' computer had many pictures of women's breast. JM says computer expert said there were no naked pictures on Travis' computer. Dr. says it was not important information to know. JM said "so it didn't matter if she was lying to you during your interviews" Defense objects

Images on the computer- Wouldn't that be important if Jodi was lying to you? There are many reasons the images were not on the computer.
If she lies about this, does that not give you pause about other things? No, there are other elements to the case. Jodi lying did not effect Jr's opinion. (what type of Dr is this guy?)
JM says "It's no harm, no foul?" Now the Dr is going into a long story about breast.
(This guy can't explain why he accepted Jodi's lies when he knew she was lying)
This guy said he only seen one lie in this story-Now JM is hitting him on that. (uh oh)
OG and Vampire anal was important to know. (Dr. is backtracking fast) First Jodi told the Dr. she only had anal with Travis. She never told the Dr. about anal with OG and Vampire until later-but the dr's Addendum to the report, he didn't put in this information.

Jodi said it was Travis' request to her to take pictures of him in the shower. The dr. believes it was a different event.
Closet-Jodi told the Dr. that Travis grabbed her sweater when he was coming after her, then she remembered the gun.

JM is playing EX 539 again. The Dr. admits that he did say "Travis grabbed her sweater or something like that" (Now Dr. is trying to word play)

Dr was unclear if she shot him in the closet. Dr. thought at point she did shoot him in the closet. The Dr says it was not important to him where she shot him.

EX 540- admitted- More test papers. (I think this all ties into Jodi's BS story about the ninjas.) Jodi was lying when she took these test. The judge allows Dr. to tell his story about his test.
JM gets the Dr. to admit he's speculating about Jodi.
Jodi was not having nightmares. (what the test shows) The trauma has messed up her sex life. The Dr. yells out she was in jail at the time.

EX 541- admitted- (now Dr is going into a long story-ugh) The Dr. keeps telling JM he has no knowledge in this test. OHHHHHHH, they are having a shouting match. They are arguing.

Jodi took the test for psych patients not the general public. The Dr. wanted to know what JM was reading from -and JM told him VERY fast-Sir, I ask the questions here.

What date did you give the test? Early Nov 2009, but Dr doesn't have the date.
Dr. is comparing Jodi to people that have already been diagnosed instead of getting a reading from the general population. JM is saying it would have been better to have her compared to somebody in the general population to see if she varies.
EX 534- PDS test- This is when Jodi is saying about the ninjas. The MCMI test didn't pick up that she was lying. The results of the MC test doesn't reflect when somebody is lying.

EX 530- memory-Disassociate amnesia- JM is showing Dr the drawing Dr drew yesterday on the stand. The memory loss happens on the slope. During that time the person can not form memory. Upward slope, memories form again.

Time mgz, slides, and cop- JM is using a "fake" story about a police office being attacked by a knife then shot by a handgun. (the Dr doesn't like this fake story)
Palin objects because the story is confusing. (I don't even know how to write this story down) (the Dr. is playing with words b/c I think he know where JM is going) Dr. says a person is "unlikely" to remember.
Transient Global amnesia- JM wants to know why he bought it up? 119 articles said that sex, hot or cold water causes TGA.

negative about her. In fact, from now on I will not sand for him saying anything negative about any of my friends, just as I will not tolerate anyone else saying anything negative about Travis. Anyway, I'm happy here (At Rachel's) I'm planning a trip to CA this weekend. I'm very excited about it if all goes as planned. Well, speaking of Travis, he frustrates me and thrills me. I love love love him, an he sings to me, goes out of his way for me, displays massive amounts of unconditional love for me in countless ways. I'm almost haunted by it, but it still remain that I cannot marry him. I can't quite put my finger on it, but something is just off w/ that boy. We've all got head problems, that's for sure. But there are certain things that will never set right ?? about him. For example, he always makes that ridiculous joke "families can be forever, why do you want to spend so much time w/ then now? I abhore (SP?) that. I want a family man. I man who takes family seriously. I know he jokes, but that drives me crazy, and it's a big turn off. I haven't written because there has been nothing noteworthy to report. I turned down 4 offers for a date this Friday night. 4 separate offers. That's mildly amusing. Instead, I'm going to dinner at Brother Porter's house. It's for new ward members. I'm tempted to skip out though and go w/my friend to the snow. I could get some Reading & journal writing done and probably take some great pictures. Not to mention, spend time w/ some good friends. Anyway, we'll see-JAA

Dr. said Travis had total control of Jodi. Jodi never stood up to Travis.

Late afternoon (I lost my electricity for about 20 minutes-we are having some strong winds)
Dr is up. Palin is still up
MCMI- it was normal. He's explaining about the test and other people. This is an ongoing process. PTSD. He already thought she had PTSD before she took the test. It was based on things she said in the interview. HAHA. He just called her now version of the story-her alternative story.
Oral sex- Jodi told the Dr she was uncomfortable with oral sex. Did she explain why? It was the situation that made her uncomfortable. Maybe b/c of the book of Mormon. OBJECTION state.

Travis came into Jodi's bedroom and preformed oral sex. She told the Dr. that she was uncomfortable b/c they were in a friends home and she thought sex was bad. And it was too soon. After that night, Travis took her to church.
Anal sex- Jodi talked to Dr about it. She told him about another boyfriend. Anal sex was not bad for her so he didn't use that information in the report b/c it didn't cause PTSD.
Pictures of boobs- He doesn't know how many computers, or the timeline with the pictures.
Sending Jodi the book-Amazon. By author Wayne Dyer. Erroneous Zones. Self help book on self esteem. The Dr says it was $9, but it is $11.19.

There is nothing that prevents him from sending a book to a client. Dr says he is a nice person, so he sent the book. (awww, how nice of him) He sends books to other clients. The Dr tries to like everybody.
Tape recording his interviews-Only in cases where it is required. They won't tell you stuff if you are recording. He writes stuff down-and never shares his notes. There is a barrier between them. He doesn't interrupt the person. He says sometimes there are gaps when they switch subjects. Now Palin is talking about somebody that interrupts somebody's conversation when gathering information. He didn't talk to anybody, just watched and read the interviews of everybody.
He reviewed text messages-(I guess Jodi was a wimp and backed down from fights with Travis)
The rope, feet, and photos- she talked to the Dr and about Travis' violence.

Dr. says next time he talked to her-her story was a little different but that proves the person is telling the truth (Huh? he must not have kids)
April 21st next meeting- EX 537- (Palin has to direct him to the page) She runs into the closet. Wants to create a distance and goes for the gun .She ran into the hallway. Wait says Palin-was it in the bathroom? Oh, let me check my papers says the Dr. Dr. shouts out after it was objected and read directly from his notes saying "she ran down the hallway"after she got the gun and JM wants the answer to stand. (HAHAHAHA)

Jodi tells the Dr that she didn't plan to shoot the gun. She told him at one point that he screamed but he doesn't remember if that was this visit. Jodi tells the Dr that she wasn't sure if the gun was loaded or not. She told the Dr she never fired a gun before. Jodi dropped the gun after she fired after he hit her.
Travis was angry and said he would kill her. He said "I'm going to fucking kill you bitch"
