Jodi knew she would be questioned about her lies. She still decided to testify. The first question Nurmi asked Jodi was did she kill Travis? And Jodi admits she said yes.
She told why she was forced to do that? He was trying to kill Jodi, so she was defending herself.

EX 506 & 507 Admitted- Right index finger with a cut. May 31. They had healed when she left for Utah.

Other injuries-Band aids on her right hand in Utah. They were caused by breaking glass in a Travis' house on June 4. She cut her fingers. They were on her right hand. That's what she remembers.
Left hand- She doesn't recall any injuries in Utah. She can't remember. Her injuries were not her prime focus in Utah. Her other injuries were covered, feet and ankles, but she doesn't remember. She has to hold up her finger again.

Medical attention for the wonky finger- None, just Dr. Travis. He made a splint. He was really nice. How did you feel? Objection from the state

Jodi always loved Travis-even after she killed him. Even today.

JM gets up to question Jodi-Jodi didn't write any of those notes on the diary entries. I guess the defense attorney wrote on them. (I'm glad JM woke things up)


Now Jodi has to read all of EX 510. Aug 26, 2007 Issues Jodi is dealing with. Travis and her emotions she feels when she's with him. The highlighted portions of the entries- how Jodi feels positive and negative with Travis. Jodi writes about suicide. Jodi writes about Rachel and not wanting Travis to know. Jodi is tired of Travis talking about her friends.
