Morning
Jodi is wearing a blue short sleeved shirt, but is carrying a jacket-Nevermind, she put the jacket on. Looks like she has 13 bangs today. I wonder if her Lazer Tazer frizzes her hair up? (The court went right to a sidebar) Judge left and went to chambers. (We are 16 minutes in)

Jodi is on the stand. JM is up for the state.
The shooting- it started with her taking photos in the shower. She dropped the camera.
EX 160- (Travis' bottom) was when she fumbled the camera, maybe. Jodi doesn't know when the photo was taken

Jodi doesn't know when the camera fell. Jodi is playing with words again. Travis became upset. Came after her. (Oh, she has a snarky tone today) Jodi was body slammed and hurt her head. She ran down the hall.
JM is bringing up the juror question about Travis picking up the camera and moving it. Jodi says it's possible.
If it's possible, then Travis was not very close to you was he? I don't know.
Jodi didn't hear a bump from the camera being dropped. Jodi went in the closet. Got the gun. She went back into the bathroom and had the gun in her hands.

That's when Jodi shot Travis in the face. Jodi admits yes. Jodi admits he fell on her almost, and she was in fear.

Knife- JM is bringing up Jodi's previous testimony about the rope and knife. Jodi doesn't remember where the knife was. Now JM is hitting her hard on her fog.
At this point, you have now shot him. You still don't know where the knife is, do you? IDK.
Jodi says that today she doesn't remember, but on June 4th she may have remembered where the knife was. (Now Jodi is playing with words again. Maybe she has PMS today)

You needed to go get it from somewhere, right? IDK
Jodi is saying it's possible Travis grabbed the knife first.
As Mr. Alexander was getting blasted, he had a knife in his hand? NO

It would take time for you to go find the knife? IDK where it was. Right, wouldn't it TAKE TIME to find it? Repeat the question. IDK the answer to that, Jodi says

62 seconds-Bodyslammed, runs down the hall, grabs gun, backup and points, shoots Travis, and he already has his throat slit? That's not the only possibility. AND I don't know if his throat was slit in that picture. (JM is hammering her hard on the 62 seconds)
Jodi doesn't know shit about a knife.
Jodi agrees Travis gets shot. Fog rolled in, but when the gun was fired, her brain was gone. Jodi still doesn't know shit about a knife. (TEEHEE)

Jurors question-shooting and Jodi went down. Jodi agrees.
At no time did you ever mention Travis had a knife? No I didn't.
It would have been impossible for you NOT to have the knife with you? I don't understand your question. Jodi says it's not impossible. Jodi says she didn't have the knife when she shot him.
You are not saying there was anybody else there, right? That's correct

Jodi doesn't recall seeing if he was still down on the ground after she rolled on the ground. Jodi says she did not have the knife.
Doesn't that mean you have to come back to him if he was down on the ground? Jodi then says-I didn't talk about that with the jurors. (Oh, she's playing attorney)

Jodi doesn't remember the knife, but she remembers dropping it. (JM and Jodi do a little word play again about the word "grip")

Jodi doesn't know anything about gripping the knife. She does admit she had a knife after the shooting. Jodi did drop the knife.

Jodi heard the knife in the bathroom, and she heard it when it dropped. Jodi said she screamed, and that's all. She has vague memories. She didn't know the direction she was driving.

Pulling on the side of the road with vague memories- Jodi drove towards to Hoover Dam.
How long did it take you? I don't know how long it took.
Didn't you put gas in your car before YOU pulled over on the side of the road and the fog lifted? Yes, I did. (BOOM)
Jodi doesn't remember if she used the gas cans. (LOL)
Jodi got rid of the gun, doesn't know what happened to the clothing.(first she said she got rid of them, then had to go back and correct that statement)
Camera-Jodi left the camera behind.
EX 162 was a deleted image. Jodi did take the rope.
Jodi does not believe somebody else deleted the images off the camera.
Jodi did talk to certain MD people and indicated certain things to those people.

Jodi did use a gun on June 4th. Jodi remembers saying it was in a holster and a box at one time. Jodi just grabbed the gun. She doesn't know if it was in something. (JM just got on to Jodi about giving long answers) She just reached up and grabbed it.

Uh, somewhat. Jodi says she didn't cry downstairs. She was confused that day. But not foggy. The fight was not related to the backpack. (Jesus I would like to duct tape her mouth shut. She is playing with words again)( Court person is having to read a previous statement back to Jodi b/c she is an idiot and can't keep her lies straight.)
She remembers what Dan said on the stand.
Travis said "Fuck you" to Jodi, and that's the moment she couldn't see him being the father of her children-even though she admits she uses those words to.
Another fucking approach.
Jodi used "Fuck you" also. She used it on May 10, 2008.
Chasity-she learned from Travis.

Failure to call 911- Vampire Bobby hit her and Jodi dialed 911. The police called back, Jodi admits. (Jodi is so snarky.) (Jodi does not know how to say Yes or No)

Moving back home in April 2008- Jodi's neck injury. She didn't take pictures. Jodi took pictures of her neck on June 3, 2008 (I guess Jodi took pictures the day before the murder)

Closet- Jodi went in the closet and shut the door. She got the gun. Jodi told Flores that Travis didn't have a gun.
Was that a lie? Yes.
Jodi was calling Flores to give a statement over the phone about Travis.

Jodi says she used the stool to clean-but JM is showing that she could have just stood there without a stool. That's where the gun was that Travis claimed was "unloaded" and NOW Jodi says that Travis did load it in early December. Jodi didn't know if the gun was loaded on June 4th. (BSx's 100000000)
Don't you remember telling the jury you thought the gun was unloaded (JM says in high pitch squeals)? IDK.
Was the gun was visible? Not to me at my height. Jodi says she stepped on the shelf, but doesn't know which one.
They are resting shelves? Uh, (now JM has to explain what a resting shelf is)
They are pegged shelves. These shelves only hold 40 pounds-JM says.

JM just says the shelf would have tipped over if she only stepped on the edge. Nurmi is going crazy over and over again.
Jodi got the gun and either stepped down or jumped down. She goes in the bathroom and points it at Travis. Jodi thought the gun was unloaded and she didn't mean to shoot him. She just wanted him to stop-wait she doesn't know what she was thinking. (She's playing with words again- She does that when she's getting caught in lies)
JM Says: What were you going to with the gun-throw it at him? OBJECTION yells Nurmi
